How Will I Know You’re the Right Coach for Me?

Choosing the right coach is a big step, and it’s all about fit. In our initial conversations and discovery session, we’ll both get a feel for whether our partnership clicks. You’ll get a taste of the coaching process, the style, and the pace. Take a look at my BIO page to get an idea of my approach and background. No commitments until you feel this is the right fit for you.
 

What Can You Expect from Me as Your Coach?

As your coach, I’m here to do much more than just guide you. My role is to:

  • Partner with you to uncover your best, most authentic self
  • Create a safe, encouraging space where you can truly explore
  • Respect the confidentiality of everything we discuss
  • Help you expand your vision of what’s possible and discover new insights
  • Offer input, give straight feedback, and act as your sounding board
  • Listen carefully and ask questions that deepen your understanding
  • Be a consistent resource, supporting you in reaching your goals

What If It’s Not the Right Fit? Is There a Money-Back Guarantee?

Absolutely! I offer a "participate and get your money back" guarantee.

If within the first month you’ve fully engaged in the coaching process and feel it’s not working for you, just let me know, and I’ll refund your money in full. However, if you sign up and don’t participate, attend calls, or complete follow-up work, then refunds won’t apply. This way, we honor the coaching commitment together.


Security & Confidentiality

Is My Information Safe?

Yes. Security and confidentiality are essential, and we’ve implemented three levels of protection:

  1. Username and password-protected login.
  2. VeriSign Security Certificate to safeguard data.
  3. Encrypted secured pages (https://) to protect all interactions.

Will My Data Remain Confidential?

Yes, your information is kept private with a username/password system, ensuring only you have access to your data.


Additional Support

Can I Reach Out Between Sessions?

Yes! If something comes up between our meetings, you can post to the Client Log on your Private Client Website. This allows us to address urgent needs with "just in time" coaching.


Accessing the Private Client Area

What’s the “Register Now” Link?

If you’re interested in starting the coaching process, this link allows you to create an account for accessing our private client area. Once you register, I’ll be notified and will activate your account, typically within 24 hours.

How Do I Log In?

Simply click the Login link on the website, enter your username and password, and you’re in. If you don’t have login information yet, contact me so I can set up your account.

Can I Change My Password?

Yes. After your first login with the assigned password, you can update it anytime from your Client Profile page under the FORMS tab.

Forgot Your Password or Login Info?

On the Login page, use the "forgot password" link. Enter your username, and an email with your password will be sent shortly. If both your username and password are misplaced, reach out to me, and I’ll send them over.

Login Issues?

Make sure you’re entering your credentials exactly as provided—case-sensitive and without extra spaces. If issues persist, contact me directly, and I’ll help you get back in.


Forms, Documents, and Resources

What’s in the Welcome Packet?

The Welcome Packet is your starting kit—a set of forms, documents, and resources designed to help us kick off your coaching process smoothly. By completing the Client Profile, Goals, and Discovery forms, you’ll provide valuable information that allows me to support and guide you effectively. You’ll also find our coaching agreement here, which we’ll review together before our first session.

SCHEDULING/RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

It's easy. With at least a 24 hour notice, you can reschedule any appointment by using the online calendar system. Just complete the following steps:

  1. Log into your Private Client Website Area.
  2. Click on the Calendar Menu.
  3. Locate and click on the desired block of “Available” time (or if you already have an existing appointment, click on the title of your existing appointment that you wish to reschedule)
  4. Click on the "edit" button and change the details of the appointment to correspond with an "Available" block of time.
  5. The calendar will update itself, you'll see your new appointment reflected and I will receive an email notification letting me know of the change. 

PAYING FOR THE COACHING SERVICES

How do I easily make my payments for my coaching services?

Each month you'll receive an invoice from my practice letting you know the amount committed to for that month. You can (1) mail a check to the remit to address located right on the invoice or (2) log in to the private client area, click on the Payments Menu and you will see any outstanding balances due at that time.

What are the various methods of payment I can use to pay for my coaching services?

Check, Cash, Waived, Barter, Credit Card (which includes Pay Pal). You can also have your coach process your payments for you each month on a credit/debit card.

  • To pay by Check: simply use the "remit to" address located to the right in the body of the invoice you’ll receive monthly from my practice.
  • To pay by Credit Card or Pay Pal: when you receive your monthly invoice, click on the link at the bottom of the invoice to log into the private client area and click on the Payments Menu. Here you can either enter your credit card number or Pay Pal information and my system will automatically (and securely) process your payment.
  • To have your coach process your payments for you: Complete the "Credit Card Authorization" form found under the Documents section of the private client area. Once I have the authorization and billing information, I will automatically process your payments for you as outlined in the authorization form.
